The Secret Sauce: Your AB - Accountability Buddy. You’re encouraged to sign up with a friend or two to hold you accountable through these 2 weeks and beyond. We’ll also be connecting people together based on a questionnaire if you’re coming in solo, which we highly recommend btw.

SCENERY
This program will be live from Sayulita, Mexico! We’ll be broadcasting warm beach vibes and bright scenery.
CONSISTENCY
At 12pm EST Monday - Friday we do a live 45min workout. A recording is sent after class, along with daily steps/run, suggested podcast, mantra, next day links and more.
VARIETY
Everyday we focus on different body areas and different distances for steps/runs.
CONVENIENCE
On the weekends instead of live classes we’ll have a workout set, longer distance steps/runs, recovery suggestions and some fun recipes we’ll send thru video.
CONNECTION
Expect the WhatsApp to buzz with answer from random questions to funny memes and post workout selfies from people all over the world.
STATS
Our private Strava group will allow you to see other’s progress, and our Spotify music share will introduce you to new music. We’ll suggest some AB goal sharing, progress check-ins, and more fun stuff.

Zoom Pre-Party 5pm EST. This is an explanation of what to expect for the next 2 weeks, friendly competitions and how to use Zoom, Strava, WhatsApp, and Spotify.
Goal setting with your AB (or intro if you didn’t sign up with one). Give this some effort as it will help you throughout the 2-weeks and we’ll see how far we’ve come.

No workout, but lot’s of little surprises. We’ll also be asking you to send in some videos (only if you want) maybe sharing your story, goals, habits, before/after pics, and we’ll glue it together for an amazing recap video.
